Denna K. Arias is an accomplished energy executive with more than 20 years of experience in business development, corporate growth strategy, market expansion, and transaction advisory across the oil and gas sector. Most recently she served in a leadership role with Energy Domain, where she focuses on business development, marketplace growth, and connecting clients to strategic opportunities.

Previously, Denna served as Chief Corporate Development Officer at Opportune LLP and held senior leadership positions with EnergyNet, where she was Vice President of Corporate Development and Executive Director of Acquisitions & Divestitures. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for cultivating trusted relationships, enhancing brand visibility, leading revenue growth initiatives, and advising clients on acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic market positioning.

Her industry experience also includes roles with The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse, DDD Energy, Inc., and Swift Energy Company. She maintains a broad network across independents, private equity, family offices, majors, legal, and service sectors, making her a valuable connector within the energy community.

Denna is the recipient of Hart Energy’s Influential Women in Energy recognition and the Society of Petroleum Engineers Gulf Coast Volunteer Award.
